When and where does the show air?
The show airs weekly at 7 PM Eastern on DisFanRadio. You can listen live from DisFanRadio or from this site.
How long is the show?
Right now we are expecting the show to last 30 minutes, however we are allowed to run up to an hour long. As long as we have calls we will run up to the max alloted time of one hour.
How do I interact with the show?
You can join the chat room (registration NOT required) or if you want to call into the show call (347) 847-3285 while we are on the air we will gladly take your questions.
When I call in how do I get on air?
When you call in you will be able to listen to the show live through the phone. If you have a question press "1" and this will alert us that you are wanting to go on air. We will then mention your area code and/or city and state as we switch you on the air. Please remember to turn down your radio before coming on air as there will be a delay on the radio. Once you are done hit "1" again if you wish to continue listening through the phone or just hang up.
I am unable to catch the live shows, can I still ask questions?
Sure you can! Just e-mail us at live@mousemagichd.com and we will be happy to read and answer your e-mail on the show. Also you can call our voicemail number at 301-867-3452 and leave us a recorded message which we will play on the air. DOn't worry the voicemail number is a voicemail only line and no one will pick up when you call.
I want to listen to the live show but I am unable to be at a computer at that time. Can I still listen in?
Sure if you want to listen live just call our show number at (347) 847-3285. You can then listen in through your phone. Also we have past shows archived and available on iTunes, just use the subscribe links up above in the menu.
